The capacity of slide staining dish is 300ml and it is deep enough for the total immersion of the slides. Besides, its lid is specially designed to be completely shut in order to prevent the reagents from probable evaporation. Due to the high thermal resistance of these dishes (0-170°C), they can be used in. histochemical procedures and dewaxing and antigen retrieval with water bath or microwave oven. The slide staining holder for 25 slides can be used in these dishes.

Microbiopsy Cassettes are specially designed to accommodate extremely, small specimens and tissue biopsies. These cassettes features a 0.3 mm pore size and have a separate compartment with larger holes forrapid fluid exchange to reduce flotation. The cassettes can easily be opened and closed with one hand.
Molded from a special high density polymer, these patented cassettes keep specimens safely submerged in liquid and are totally resistant to the chemical action of histological solvents. They can be opened and closed as often as necessary and they always relock securely without danger of specimen loss. Anterior writing area is at a 45° angle to make the cassette more suitable to be used with automated cassette printers

For safe and easy handling of 75 × 25 mm slides. Made of CRC mild sheet. Well designed for its appearance, performance and durability. Powder coating paint outer finish with smoothly working doors fitted with handle, lock and key. The and slide tray made of CRC Mild Steel   for holding 75 × 25 mm slides, have been arranged separately so as not to disturb other compartments while taking out or putting in the slides. The usual size of the tray is 350 × 210 × 35 mm and is nicely fitted with uniformly slotted carrier in four rows, each holding 75 slides i.e. each tray hold 75/300 slides in horizontal position and is fitted with index and holder. R.K. PARAFFIN DISPENSER DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER

This has been made by latest technology and new design. Embalding can be done in this very quickly. On the top of this a S/S tank with double valve has been made for wax; the cap of which is 4 Ltr. There are heating elements inside with cap 1000 wt. which has been made by Kanthal wire. There is a Kok from inside to outside, with the help of which wax come out from inside. On the outside with the help of which wax come out from inside. On the outside of Kok heating elements have been fitted. There is a switch on the control panel which is switched on & off for only 7 minutes. After this wax began to come out from Kok and switched off a tank (1/2 Ltr.) of wax has been fitted on the working table. There is a control panel for controlling all these operations. Digital Temperature controller shows 80°C Temperature of main tank. There is a switch down side which makes digital on & off. Sun week fitted on control panel controls tank of wax on the working table at 80°C.

Construction: - Incubator are sturdy, with double walled’ construction with complete inner chamber made of anodized aluminum or highly polished stainless steel. Outer chamber is made of mild steel sheet, finished with powder coated paint. 75mm gap between the walls is filled with special grade glass wool for proper insulation and to avoid heat losses. Inner chamber fabricated with ribs for adjusting shelves to convenient height. Supplied with  2 removable shelves. SHELVES are made of fully anodized aluminum sheet as per chamber. Door is insulate & fitted with heavy hinges. Door has double glass window which facilitate inspection of samples without opening the door.

Heating Element:-heating elements are made of high grade nickel/chrome plate nichrome wire witch are put inside the porcelain beads and placed at the bottom and side ribs for uniform temperature all over the space.

Temperature Control:- temperature is controlled by imported capillary type thermostat form ambient to 100°C. Temperature control knob is graduated in centigrade degrees degrees after actually observing the temperature in steady state. An L-shaped prismatic glass thermometer is fitted on top of the incubator for reading the chamber temperature.

Ventilation:-Air ventilators are provided on both sides at top to flue away any gas or fumes.

Control Panel: - the equipment is provided with a panel having a thermostat control knob, ON/OFF switch and two pilot lamps.

Power Requirement:-Supplied with coed and plug suitable to operate on 220V single phase, 50 Hz, AC supply.
