Technical Data:

The offered range progresses from its initial stage with the process of dehydration stages that final embedding in wax and 12 processing stage that quite elaborate methods and employed for preparing tissues for histology. Moreover, the last stages are thermostatically controlled wax baths that make the programming easy by cutting notches at desired timing breaks on the disc that is calibrated for a day. With the help of double load we can processed 86 tissues by using the equal and immersion time. Furthermore, with single load head 43 tissues processed for unequal immersion time.

For weekend and routine delay starting the delay timer is an about 1 day. To ensure better penetration both the baskets keep rotating and beakers remain covered throughout the process of evaporation. After the completion of the cycle the unit automatically gets locked so as to prevent double processing. This help the tissue remains embedded in the wax bath and until it is not removed.

Safety Devices:

The tissue is protected by the built- in safety device that does not allow it to shift from 10^th to 11^th or 11^th to 12^th stage, when wax is not dissolved. Due to power failure of malfunctioning of the wax baths this precludes any accident. The offered range is supplied with complete 2 SS Basket Rotors, 2 SS Baskets and 6 SS. These are highly suitable as to work on 20 V, single phase, 50 Hz and AC supply.
